How does it work?
1. Fill out and submit the Trade Value/Purchase Quote Request Form at the bottom of this page.
2. Within 72 hours, we will email you a response with an offer for your Rolex watch.
3. After you receive an estimate from us, you may ship your watch to us. Once received, we will have our watchmaker check the watch. We will then mail you a check no later than one week from when we receive the watch.
What determines the value?
The key factors to determining the value of your Rolex are condition, year of production, serial #, model #, model name and if it is 100% original.
How do I determine the Model and Serial Number of a Rolex?
To view the engraved Model and Serial Numbers on your watch, you need to have a local watch repair professional detach the bracelet from the watch case. The Model Number is engraved on the side of the case where the bracelet attaches at 12 o'clock. The Serial Number is engraved on the side of the case where the bracelet attaches at 6 o'clock.
 
How do I determine the age?
To determine the approximate year of production of your Rolex, you will need to use the serial # in the following chart.

How should the watch be shipped?
Keep a record of the watch model and serial numbers prior to shipping it. We are not responsible for watches lost or damaged in transit to us.
- The safest and most cost effective shipping method for people who are not Jewelers is USPS Registered Mail (insured for the trade/purchase quote)
- UPS is very reliable, but costs more. If using via UPS, please send it via UPS 2nd day air or Next Day Air (insured for the trade/purchase quote)
- We do not recommend FedEx or DHL as they have a $500 insurance limit on jewelry, wristwatches and gemstones.
Is the quote guaranteed?
We cannot guarantee a quote until we are able to physically inspect the watch. For the circumstance where it is determined that the watch we receive is not as described or worth less than the value we quoted, we reserve the right to promptly return the watch to you at no cost to you. We may also, at our discretion, give you the option of accepting a lesser payment for the watch.
What happens to Counterfeit or Stolen Merchandise?
If we receive counterfeit or stolen merchandise we will turn over the merchandise, and all correspondence related to the merchandise, to the appropriate authorities. If you are uncertain about the authenticity of your watch, we recommend that you bring it to a local watch repair professional for inspection prior to shipping it to us.
